Sales Manager – Direct Retail (Indore)

About the role

The Sales Manager (Direct) will lead the retail sales function for Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited in Indore. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving loan book growth, meeting revenue targets and ensuring high‑quality customer service across direct channels.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets for loan book size, growth and customer service metrics.
• Set and allocate sales targets to team members, considering local competition, existing relationships and new prospect opportunities.
• Monitor and improve loan processing efficiency, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract retail customers, including salaried and self‑employed segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional and builder clients, offering customized financing solutions.
• Continuously upgrade personal and team knowledge of industry dynamics, negotiation techniques and relationship management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales within the housing finance or broader financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of retail loan products such as home loans, loan against property and construction finance.
• Ability to lead a team, set targets and drive performance.
• Excellent knowledge of compliance, risk management and regulatory frameworks governing housing finance.
