Sales Executive (Power Tools)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our India team and drive field sales of power tools. You will work directly with distributors and hardware retailers, expanding our retail footprint and supporting in‑store activities.

Key responsibilities

• Visit hardware stores (EIBCs) and distributors regularly to promote products and provide sales support.
• Organise and execute in‑store promotional events, product demos, training sessions and POS campaigns.
• Optimise product displays and shelf layouts to maximise brand visibility and compliance.
• Collaborate with distributors on inventory management, order fulfilment and market feedback.
• Analyse market trends, competitor actions and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and submit detailed activity reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the power‑tools industry.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently.
• Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of building relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Problem‑solving mindset and flexibility to work in a fast‑paced environment.
