Sales Executive – Power Tools (India)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join Dongcheng’s India team. You will focus on field sales, supporting distributors and expanding our retail presence in hardware and tool stores across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Visit hardware stores (EIBCs) and distributors regularly to promote products and provide sales support.
• Execute in‑store promotional activities such as product demos, training sessions, and POS campaigns.
• Optimize product displays and shelf layouts to maximize brand visibility and compliance.
• Collaborate with distributors on inventory management, order fulfillment, and market feedback collection.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales KPIs and submit detailed activity reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the power‑tools industry.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work on a dynamic, on‑the‑ground sales schedule.
