About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business growth and close opportunities using a consultative selling approach. You will identify, qualify and nurture leads, turning them into sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Create business from new and existing customer accounts.
Manage complex negotiations with senior‑level executives.
Build rapport and establish long‑term relationships with customers.
Identify and qualify leads using a consultative sales methodology.
Drive sales through auctions and direct dealer engagements.

Required profile

At least 1 year of quota‑carrying sales experience, or a recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Demonstrated track record of over‑achieving sales quotas.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable engaging with senior‑level decision makers.
Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

Experience with CRM systems.
