Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will work in a busy retail outlet, driving daily and monthly sales targets while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. You will support the store manager with stock management and ensure the store follows all standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Invite customers to the outlet and introduce them to the MYOP concept.
• Demonstrate and present perfume products, helping customers choose the right fragrance.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in‑store displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and adherence to SOPs and store timings.
• Conduct stock audits, complete daily checklists, and place stock requests to head office.
• Validate and receive stock deliveries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating to the CX department when needed.
• Complete all required trainings within the defined timeline.

Required profile

• Graduates with up to 2 years of retail sales experience in B2C brands; freshers are also welcome.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
• Excellent work ethic, time‑management, and customer‑service orientation.
