Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our retail team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, promoting our perfume brand, and achieving sales targets in a store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Invite customers to the outlet and introduce them to the MYOP concept.
• Demonstrate and present perfume products, helping customers select the right fragrance.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in‑store displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards and adhere to SOPs and store etiquette.
• Assist the store manager with stock management, including stock audits, placing requests to head office, validating and receiving deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records, perform daily sales reporting (DSR) and handle store closing procedures.
• Work towards monthly or annual sales targets and resolve customer complaints promptly.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent work ethic and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with store management and follow established procedures.
