Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our retail team. You will be the face of the brand, engaging customers, promoting products and helping achieve daily and monthly sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Invite customers into the outlet, introduce the brand concept and demonstrate products.
• Assist customers in selecting the right perfume and provide product knowledge.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards and in‑store displays.
• Conduct stock audits, place stock requests to head office and validate received inventory.
• Complete daily sales reports (DSR) and checklists.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues and escalate to the CX department when needed.
• Support the store manager with stock management and adherence to SOPs and store timings.

Required profile

• Graduate or fresh graduate with a passion for sales.
• Preferably 2 years of retail sales experience with B2C brands, though freshers are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to speak multiple languages.
• Strong work ethic, time‑management and customer‑service orientation.
