Sales Officer

About the role

The Sales Officer will work full‑time on‑site in Malappuram, promoting Bajaj Financer‑Services' financial products to individuals and communities. You will guide clients through the application and approval process while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers, generating qualified leads.
• Explain product features, terms, and benefits to prospects.
• Manage sales inquiries and maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with channel partners to expand product reach.
• Provide attentive customer service, resolve queries, and meet defined sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in lead generation, sales operations, and channel sales.
• Basic knowledge of financial services or consumer lending.
• Proficiency in the local language(s) and English.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum education: higher secondary; CIBIL score 0 or above 700.
