Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our retail team in Kalyan. You will be the front‑line representative, driving daily and monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Invite customers to the outlet, introduce the MYOP concept and demonstrate products.
• Assist customers in selecting the right perfume and ensure high satisfaction.
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in‑store displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards and adherence to SOPs, store etiquette and timing.
• Support the store manager with stock management, stock audits, daily checklists and stock requests to head office.
• Validate and receive stock deliveries.
• Handle customer complaints, escalating to the CX department when necessary.
• Complete all required trainings within the defined timeline.

Required profile

• Graduates preferred; freshers may also apply.
• Passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
• 0‑1 year of work experience; up to 2 years in retail sales with B2C brands is a plus.
