Sales Executive (Electrical Products)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in Raipur. You will promote our range of electrical modular switches, wires and water pumps, building strong relationships with retailers, contractors and business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers across Raipur and nearby areas.
• Visit existing clients, present product features, pricing and prepare quotations.
• Negotiate terms, close sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Track orders, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports and update CRM tools.
• Monitor local market trends, competitor activities and provide feedback.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in electrical products, building materials or related sectors.
• Strong customer relationship management and ability to build trust with retailers and contractors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English and local languages.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
• Graduate degree or diploma in business, marketing or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
• Willingness to travel locally within Raipur and surrounding areas.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile and computer tools for reporting and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
