Sales Admin / Commercial (PwD)

About the role

Support the Project Sales team with key operational tasks—managing sales applications, processing orders, generating reports, and coordinating incentives. This role ensures excellent administrative execution for seamless commercial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle CRM/SAP-related tasks such as order processing, SKU updates, and territory changes.
• Verify and ratify sales transactions accurately and timely, correcting system errors.
• Generate and share sales performance reports covering volume, value, and budget vs. actuals.
• Prepare precise quarterly and annual incentive calculations and liaise with payroll for payouts.
• Assist commercial leads with vendor invoice processing and logistics coordination.
• Test new sales applications before rollout and conduct unit-level audits for process improvements.
• Update applicator/vendor records and ensure compliant documentation and gift distribution timelines.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (BA/B.Com/BBA/BMS, etc.) with minimum 50% marks and no backlogs.
• Open to freshers; prior internship or administrative exposure to CRM is a plus.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and procedural with a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to travel across units in India and relocate pan‑India as required.
• Age limit up to 30 years.
