Sales Account Manager – Manufacturing (Hybrid, Chennai)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager specialized in manufacturing to drive enterprise sales growth. The role involves managing strategic accounts, building CXO‑level relationships and collaborating with internal and partner teams to deliver winning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
• Develop and execute account plans for large enterprise customers in the manufacturing sector.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
• Establish and nurture CXO‑level relationships with key enterprise stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and partner teams to structure and present winning solutions.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.

Required profile

• 12–15+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong performance record.
• Proven experience selling into the manufacturing sector.
• Demonstrated success selling to large enterprise customers.
• Deep understanding of the services/SI ecosystem and related sales motions.
• Expertise in sales processes including opportunity creation, qualification, deal progression, and closure.
