Sales Account Manager

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will drive revenue growth by managing a portfolio of client accounts, developing tailored go‑to‑market strategies, and delivering integrated multimedia campaigns. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue through proactive sales calls, client meetings, and account mining.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and detailed sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and projection reports).
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies, understanding brand‑level spend to craft effective market approaches.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, creating solutions that align with client objectives.
• Provide written briefs for creative production and coordinate spot scheduling with sales coordinators.
• Ensure pricing aligns with targets and monitor payment collection, sending reminders as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Finance, Scheduling) to deliver multimedia, digital, on‑ground, and PR campaigns.

Required profile

• MBA or PGDM with at least 4 years of sales and marketing experience.
• Strong ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and collaborate across functions.
• Excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of the local market and language.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
