Safety and Security Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Safety and Security Officer to oversee landside security operations at our Delhi facility. The role ensures safe and efficient movement of passengers, vehicles and goods while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage landside security operations, traffic management, access control and regulatory compliance for surrounding road networks.
• Coordinate with Delhi Police, Traffic Police, CISF, taxi operators and government agencies to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle security contingencies, enforce parking and access regulations, and supervise traffic marshals.
• Oversee maintenance of security infrastructure and access control systems.
• Drive passenger convenience, safety initiatives and service‑quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with BCAS and aviation security requirements.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in security, traffic management or related fields.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and government agencies.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and security procedures.
