CMS Executive

About the role

The CMS Executive will monitor CCTV cameras, alarm panels, panic alerts and related security sensors, ensuring timely response to incidents and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm panels, panic alerts, motion/PIC sensors, shutter and magnetic contacts.
• Verify and respond to security alerts according to SOPs and promptly escalate critical incidents.
• Coordinate with branch staff, security personnel, police and vendors during alerts or incidents.
• Monitor branch visits during night hours and keep proper records.
• Conduct basic health checks of CCTV, alarm panels and sensors; report and follow up on faults with vendors.
• Maintain updated emergency contact details of branches, police, security personnel and other stakeholders.
• Review CCTV footage and retrieve recordings for incident verification when required.
• Maintain accurate incident logs, shift reports, MIS and data‑entry records.
• Ensure proper shift handover and maintain confidentiality of surveillance and security information.

Required profile

• Graduate (any discipline).
• Fresher or candidates with experience in CCTV monitoring, control‑room operations, security or data entry.
• Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with general computer applications.
