Rotational MBBS Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

About the role

The hospital is seeking a freshly qualified MBBS doctor to join its multidisciplinary team on a rotational shift basis. This full‑time position offers hands‑on experience across outpatient, inpatient and emergency services under senior consultant supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage OPD, IPD and emergency patients, performing assessments, diagnoses and initiating treatment.
• Participate in daily ward rounds, monitor patient progress and update clinical records.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies, ensuring timely and appropriate care.
• Maintain accurate case sheets, documentation and adhere to hospital protocols, infection‑control and patient‑safety standards.
• Collaborate with consultants, nursing staff and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated care.

Required profile

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
• Active registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) – mandatory.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; recent MBBS graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and learn within a multidisciplinary environment.
