Roller Operator

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Roller Operator to join our production team at our Lakhipur facility. The role involves operating and monitoring rolling and milling equipment used in the manufacture of instant noodles and wheat flour, ensuring continuous, high-quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Set up rollers and milling machines according to production schedules.
• Adjust controls and parameters to maintain product specifications.
• Monitor machine performance, output quality and record production data.
• Perform routine cleaning, basic maintenance and preventive checks on equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.
• Follow safety, hygiene and food-quality standards at all times.
• Coordinate with shift supervisors and quality-control teams.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle materials in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product consistency.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience operating industrial rollers or milling machinery.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for routine equipment checks and adjustments.
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene practices and quality standards.
