Revenue Trainee – US Hospitality (Pune)

About the role

As a Revenue Trainee focusing on US hospitality, you will support the optimisation of hotel performance and drive revenue growth for our clients. You will work onsite in Pune, collaborating with revenue and sales teams to execute pricing and distribution strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Implement timely pricing updates across brands such as Marriott, Hilton and IHG.
• Manage OTA extranet portals (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb) to optimise hotel visibility and bookings.
• Conduct rate shopping to monitor competitor rates and maintain competitiveness.
• Configure and maintain rate plans in property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS).
• Collaborate with revenue and sales teams and handle stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with numbers.
• Proactive attitude with a hunger for growth.
• Effective problem‑solving skills and ability to break down complex issues.
• Team player comfortable working with dynamic revenue and sales teams.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with PMS and RMS configuration.
• Understanding of OTA platforms and rate shopping processes.
