Revenue Associate Trainee (Hotel Revenue Management)

About the role

As a Revenue Associate in Training, you will support hotel performance by executing pricing, OTA, and rate‑plan strategies. The position is based in Pune and works night shifts from 6 pm to 4 am, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Implement timely pricing updates across brands such as Marriott, Hilton and IHG based on market conditions.
• Manage OTA extranet portals and improve rankings on platforms like Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb.
• Monitor and record competitor hotel rates to keep our pricing competitive.
• Configure and maintain rate plans in property‑management and revenue‑management systems.
