Revenue Manager

About the role

The Revenue Manager will lead revenue optimisation for Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa, applying data‑driven pricing and inventory strategies to maximise profitability and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise forecasting using Business Intelligence tools and revenue management applications such as IDeaS.
• Maintain accurate inventory controls for FIT, group bookings and overall hotel allocation.
• Provide strategic input for weekly yield meetings and continuously adapt pricing in response to competitor actions and market fluctuations.
• Support the technical set‑up and data flow of the local Cognos solution, including monthly extracts and escalation procedures.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver business intelligence from Cognos data mining and PMS reports.
• Contribute to the annual business plan and ensure the validity of all data presented.
• Gather external market intelligence using Competitive Intelligence tools, Rate View/Phaser, Hotelbenchmark.com, and Global Distribution Systems such as Gallileo Focalpoint and MySabre.

Required profile

• Graduated with a relevant degree.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in revenue management or pricing.
• Familiarity with hotel revenue management software and Business Intelligence platforms.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and present data‑driven insights.
