Revenue Manager – Hotels (Remote)

About the role

IndiStar Hotel Solutions is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to lead revenue optimisation for its hotel portfolio. This remote position offers the chance to shape pricing strategies, manage distribution channels and drive profitability across multiple properties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise room rates, inventory and overall revenue strategy.
• Drive key performance metrics such as Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and total hotel revenue.
• Oversee OTA extranet, Channel Manager, PMS and other distribution platforms.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market benchmarking.
• Develop dynamic pricing models based on demand, market trends and business requirements.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly revenue performance and produce actionable reports.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and hotel teams to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Manage promotions, offers and restrictions across OTAs.
• Identify revenue opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and revenue planning for multiple properties.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in hotel revenue management and online distribution.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Good understanding of ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR and forecasting concepts.
• Ability to work independently on multiple properties.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
