Revenue Associate Trainee – Hotel Revenue Management

About the role

As a Revenue Associate in Training, you will help optimise hotel performance and drive revenue growth by executing pricing, OTA and rate‑plan strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Implement timely pricing updates based on market conditions and brand guidelines (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, IHG).
• Manage OTA extranet portals (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb) to improve visibility and rankings.
• Conduct rate shopping to keep hotel rates competitive.
• Configure and maintain rate plans in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
• Collaborate with revenue and sales managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with numbers.
• Proactive attitude with a hunger for growth.
• Effective problem‑solving skills and ability to break down complex issues.
• Team player who can work with dynamic revenue and sales teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Familiarity with Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
• Knowledge of OTA platforms and rate‑shopping processes.
