About the role

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our store team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, helping shoppers find the right products, and contributing to the store’s sales goals in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and offers accurately.
• Achieve individual and store‑level sales targets.
• Handle queries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Maintain attractive product displays, merchandising standards, and store cleanliness.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, labeled, and organized.
• Process billing, payments, exchanges, returns, and other store procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damaged goods.
• Support daily opening, closing, and other operational activities.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 12th grade; graduate preferred.
• Previous retail sales or customer‑service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and confidence.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with billing and POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
