About the role
Restaurant Crew Members at Chai4Public support daily operations in a tea‑focused café environment. The role combines food and beverage preparation, guest service, and basic reporting, with most work performed on‑site in Dehradun and occasional remote tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Take guest orders and process point‑of‑sale transactions accurately.
- Prepare tea, beverages and snack items following brand standards.
- Perform basic cooking and food‑preparation duties during service peaks.
- Maintain a clean, stocked and organized service area.
- Handle customer inquiries courteously and follow hygiene and safety protocols.
- Complete simple reporting or coordination tasks remotely as needed.
Required profile
- Ability to work flexible shifts, stand for extended periods and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Prior experience in a café, fast‑food or restaurant setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
