About the role

The Patel Wadi Garden And Family Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Chef to join its kitchen team in Silvassa. This full-time, on-site position involves creating high-quality dishes that reflect the restaurant’s commitment to excellent service and memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and present a diverse menu in line with the restaurant’s standards.
• Maintain strict food hygiene and safety protocols throughout all kitchen operations.
• Oversee daily kitchen activities, including staff coordination and workflow management.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering and proper storage.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to continuously improve food quality and service efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food preparation and meal planning.
• Strong commitment to hygiene and safety standards in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented setting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Formal culinary training or certification is preferred; experience in restaurant or hotel kitchens is a plus.
