About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant to join our on‑site team in Ramnagar‑II. This full‑time position supports daily restaurant operations, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and smooth service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, providing a friendly first impression.
• Coordinate with serving and kitchen staff to maintain efficient service flow.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as documentation, schedules, and communication logs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, adhering to hygiene standards.
• Assist with inventory checks and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and support reservation or order management processes.
• Follow company policies, health, and safety regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset with courteous, professional interaction.
• Basic organizational and administrative abilities.
• Team player who can follow instructions and coordinate across departments.
• Good verbal communication in English and the local language of Ramnagar‑II.
• Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Attention to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Previous hospitality or food‑service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
