Resort Host – Europe (2‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Resort Hosts to join Saga’s European resort hotels for a two‑month contract (September‑October 2026). You will welcome guests, create memorable experiences and act as the friendly face of the brand throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a world‑class holiday experience, providing personalised concierge service and on‑hand advice.
• Organise and run authentic local experience programmes, activities and games that showcase the destination’s culture.
• Ensure the guest programme follows the brochure and online promises.
• Conduct pre‑season and end‑of‑season checks, maintain guest areas and handle complaints efficiently.
• Welcome new arrivals, manage departures and coordinate airport meet‑and‑greet when required.
• Promote and achieve optional excursion sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with hotel staff to guarantee high service standards.
• Guide excursions and assist guests with any special requests.

Required profile

• Passion for travel and hospitality, with a genuine people‑oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including daytime activity hosting.
• Eligibility to work in the EU (EU passport or right to work).

Required skills

• Fluent English (additional European languages a plus).
