Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – Rotational Shifts

About the role

We are seeking a qualified MBBS graduate to join our multi‑speciality hospital in Parel, Mumbai as a Resident Medical Officer (RMO). The role involves providing comprehensive patient care across OPD, IPD and emergency departments on a rotational shift basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage OPD, IPD and emergency patients under consultant supervision.
• Assess, diagnose and initiate treatment for admitted and emergency cases.
• Participate in ward rounds, monitor patient progress and update clinical records.
• Handle medical emergencies promptly and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain accurate case sheets, clinical documentation and coordinate with consultants, nursing and allied health staff.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, infection‑control measures and quality standards.

Required profile

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
• Active Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) registration (mandatory).
• Fresh graduates are welcome; recent MBBS graduates encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work efficiently in rotational shifts and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Professional, ethical and patient‑centred approach.
