Reservations Manager

About the role

The Reservations Manager will oversee the full reservations function for Sawai Jaipur Experiences' portfolio of heritage venues, experiences, and ticketed events. This role ensures a seamless, premium booking journey for guests, clients, and partners while coordinating closely with sales, events, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all incoming reservations and enquiries across phone, email, online platforms, and travel agent portals.
• Maintain accurate availability calendars for venues, experiences, and ticketed events.
• Confirm bookings, issue contracts, and follow up on payments and documentation promptly.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests during the enquiry and booking phase, handling special requests, bespoke enquiries, and VIP bookings.
• Oversee pre‑arrival communications to ensure guests are well‑informed.
• Maintain and optimise the reservations management system for data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Develop and refine reservation processes, SOPs, and communication templates.
• Track booking trends, cancellations, and conversion rates, sharing insights with sales and leadership.
• Implement dynamic pricing strategies with sales and finance to maximise revenue per booking.
• Monitor occupancy, identify gaps, and reduce cancellation impact.
• Maintain relationships with DMCs, travel agents, and online booking partners.
• Lead and supervise the reservations team, ensuring consistent performance.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end reservation processes.
• Experience leading a reservations or hospitality team.
• Strong coordination skills with sales, events, and operations functions.
• Excellent communication skills for guest interaction and partner management.
