Reservations Agent (Remote, Night Shift)

About the role

Yonder One is seeking a Reservations Agent to support its US‑based short‑term vacation rental portfolio. This remote position is based in India and works night shifts aligned with US time zones, requiring excellent spoken English with a clear US accent.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, modifications, cancellations and confirmations across multiple hospitality brands.
• Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies following company policies.
• Address guest concerns, complaints and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate with internal teams and property partners to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve reservation workflows and overall guest experience.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures and quality standards.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English with a clear voice and strong familiarity with the US accent (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, BPO, hotels or vacation rentals serving US clients.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented approach with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
