Requirements / Process Engineer

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is seeking a Requirements / Process Engineer to join its Coimbatore team. You will work on defining, documenting and improving enterprise processes while leveraging modern tooling and AI capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, document, trace and validate requirements using Azure DevOps.
• Apply process mining techniques (e.g., Power Automate) to analyse current workflows and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Design and model business processes using BPMN, EPC and UML notations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and agile optimisation methods.
• Support AI lifecycle management in Azure AI Foundry, including model cataloguing, monitoring and governance.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• B.E. degree or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Strong knowledge of requirements engineering methods and tools.
• Hands‑on experience with process mining and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks and AI lifecycle concepts.
