Requirement Verification & Validation Engineer

About the role

Airbus India is seeking an experienced Requirement Verification & Validation Engineer to join its aircraft and systems development team in Bangalore. You will work across the full product lifecycle, from concept through operational deployment to retirement, ensuring that requirements are captured, modelled, verified and validated to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify stakeholders for the model and test (M&T) artefacts and capture their needs and expectations.
• Define the boundaries of the M&T and elicit, validate and manage requirements throughout the system lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IS/IT specialists to design possible architectures and lead M&T modelling using appropriate methods and tools.
• Conduct performance analysis, trade‑off studies and impact assessments for design change requests.
• Validate architectures, manage interface requirements and lead verification of implementations and their interfaces.
• Oversee operational and in‑service evaluation and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in aircraft or complex systems development.
• Proven ability to work across the entire product lifecycle, from concept to retirement.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance and trade‑off analysis.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams.
