Requirement & Project Manager – Mechanical (Coimbatore)

About the role
The position is responsible for end‑to‑end requirements management on mechanical customer projects. You will work closely with project managers, customers and internal teams to ensure that all mechanical requirements are captured, traced and delivered on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse and break down mechanical requirements from regulations, customer norms and CRS.
- Maintain requirement traceability using DOORs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the Project Manager in quality‑gate reviews and preparation.
- Ensure that all requirements are fulfilled on time and meet quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including customers, project teams, QMM and other functional groups.
Required profile
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in requirements management or project management within the mechanical domain.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a structured manner.
Required skills
- DOORs (requirements management tool).
