Remote Sales Staff – Full‑time

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Staff member to join Swastik Traders remotely on a full‑time basis. You will play a key part in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth while upholding our customer‑centric values.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new potential clients.
• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.
• Identify sales opportunities and work towards achieving targets.
• Manage sales orders from initiation to completion.
• Prepare regular sales reports and monitor performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to develop effective sales strategies.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and capable of working independently.
• Experience in a sales role is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
