Remote Sales Staff – Full‑time

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Staff member to join Swastik Traders remotely on a full‑time basis. You will play a key part in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth while upholding our customer‑centric values.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new potential clients.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.
- Identify sales opportunities and work towards achieving targets.
- Manage sales orders from initiation to completion.
- Prepare regular sales reports and monitor performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on business objectives.
Required profile
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to develop effective sales strategies.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and capable of working independently.
- Experience in a sales role is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
