Remote HR Recruiter – Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Operations

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and people‑focused HR Recruiter to support our talent hiring initiatives. This fully remote, full‑time position offers hands‑on exposure to the entire recruitment lifecycle, ideal for professionals looking to build a solid foundation in HR consulting and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain active talent pipelines for current and upcoming mandates.
• Update hiring trackers, ATS/CRM systems, and recruitment documentation.
• Assist with offer roll‑outs, candidate follow‑ups, and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure clear and timely communication among candidates, recruiters, and clients.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, or business development.
• Strong communication, research, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment.
