Registered Nurse – Outpatient Clinical Role

About the role

Vitalis Health is a lifestyle disease and longevity clinic focused on early detection and prevention of metabolic and cardiovascular conditions. This full‑time, outpatient position offers a stable day‑shift schedule with no night duties or rotating shifts, allowing you to work closely with a physician and directly engage in patient assessment and diagnostic procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform initial patient assessments, including vital signs, anthropometry, and body‑composition measurements.
• Record and maintain accurate clinical data in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Conduct electrocardiography independently and prepare patients for the procedure.
• Assist the physician during treadmill stress testing and other diagnostic assessments.
• Administer injections and collect samples as directed.
• Support patients enrolled in structured screening and lifestyle programmes, coordinating follow‑up and reinforcing clinical advice.
• Maintain clinical inventory, equipment readiness, and infection‑control standards.
• Ensure a courteous and reassuring patient experience throughout each visit.

Required profile

• GNM or BSc Nursing qualification with valid Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council registration.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient, diagnostic or preventive health setting.
• Ability to perform electrocardiography independently.
• Confident intravenous and intramuscular injection technique and venepuncture skills.
• Comfortable with computer‑based data entry and EMR systems.
• Fluent in spoken Malayalam and working English, able to explain clinical instructions clearly.
