Registered Nurse – Norway – €40K–€55K Salary + Visa Sponsorship

About the role

We are seeking qualified Registered Nurses to join Norwegian municipal healthcare services through a structured 15‑18‑month pathway. Candidates will receive training, language support and placement assistance, leading to permanent employment in Norway.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality patient care in hospital or community settings.
• Perform clinical assessments, administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective care.
• Document patient information accurately using electronic health record systems.
• Participate in shift work, including weekends and holidays as required.

Required profile

• BSc or Post‑Basic BSc Nursing degree (recognised in India).
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Ability to self‑finance approximately €10,000 for the program.
