Registered Nurse – Interventional Cardiology

About the role

We are looking for motivated Registered Nurses to join our Interventional Cardiology team. You will help drive continuous improvement and deliver high‑quality patient care while supporting senior charge nurses.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing interventional cardiology procedures.
• Assist senior charge nurses and step in to lead the nursing team when required.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Maintain high standards of care despite fluctuating service pressures.
• Model professional behaviour and mentor junior staff.

Required profile

• Motivated and able to work independently within a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability or willingness to lead the nursing team in the absence of senior staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across internal and external departments.
• Positive, inclusive attitude with an understanding of service pressures.
