Registered Nurse – Clinical Consultant (Remote Contract)

About the role

Mercor is seeking experienced registered nurses to support cutting‑edge AI research as clinical consultants. You will work remotely, creating and reviewing nursing‑focused deliverables that help improve machine‑learning systems.

Key responsibilities

• Create deliverables that address common requests in the nursing domain.
• Review peer‑developed deliverables to enhance AI research outcomes.
• Diagnose and solve real‑world nursing issues to advance machine‑learning models.
• Work independently on your own schedule while meeting a 30–40 hour weekly commitment.
• Contribute nursing expertise to innovative AI projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional nursing experience.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling.
• Immediate availability to start.
• Ability to work remotely for 3–4 weeks on a contract basis.
