Regional Training Manager

About the role

The Senior Manager – Regional Training Manager will be based in Mumbai and will lead the delivery of training programmes across multiple branches in the assigned region. The role focuses on strengthening employee capability through functional, behavioural and digital learning interventions within the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver induction, refresher, functional, product and behavioural training sessions for employees, customers, channel partners and B2B stakeholders.
• Facilitate learning in both classroom and virtual instructor‑led training (VILT) formats, travelling across the region as needed.
• Partner with branch leadership to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.
• Create and modernise training materials – presentations, guides, short videos, assessments and simple digital modules – using Canva and AI‑based tools.
• Support Train‑the‑Trainer programmes and design smooth digital learning experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, SMEs, operations, HR and internal trainers to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date content.
• Maintain training MIS, reports, attendance records, participant feedback and assessments, ensuring audit‑ready documentation.
• Track training effectiveness and share insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven facilitation experience in physical classrooms and virtual platforms (VILT).
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and simplify complex topics.
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• AI‑based content creation tools for visuals and basic video elements.
• Learning Management System (LMS) usage.
