Regional Sales Head

About the role

Aditya Birla Finance Limited (ABFL), a leading non‑banking financial services company in India, is seeking a Regional Sales Head to lead its mortgage and loan distribution across a defined geography. The role will focus on expanding the reach of ABFL’s diversified lending portfolio through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and Relationship Managers (RMs).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve loan disbursement targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with corporate and retail DSAs, ensuring effective channel coverage.
• Map RMs to channels based on geographical distribution and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with product, credit, and operations teams to tailor solutions for retail, HNI, MSME, and corporate customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting NBFC lending.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal risk policies.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience in the financial services or NBFC sector.
• Deep understanding of mortgage, loan, and other credit products.
• Experience managing DSA networks and regional sales teams.
• Strong analytical ability to assess client repayment capacity and risk factors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
