Regional Pricing Manager

About the role
We are looking for a Regional Pricing Manager to lead the pricing agenda across our markets and hubs in India. You will be responsible for driving pricing performance, monitoring key indicators, and ensuring compliance with global pricing guardrails.
Key responsibilities
- Track regional pricing KPIs and realized price uplift.
- Analyze performance gaps and identify leakage drivers.
- Ensure KPI alignment with global standards and governance rules.
- Provide insights to leadership and global counterparts.
- Support enforcement of pricing guardrails and compliance routines.
- Coordinate regional reporting and data submissions.
- Train hubs and markets on KPI interpretation and usage.
- Lead communication of performance insights.
- Align with Sales, Business Units, Finance, and Legal on priorities, risks, and compliance.
- Publish regional guidance and drive tool readiness and data quality.
Required profile
- Graduate with an MBA.
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong strategic and conceptual thinking.
- Excellent analytical skills.
