Equity Confirmation Drafting Manager

About the role

Delta Capita is seeking a manager to lead the end‑to‑end processing of Over‑The‑Counter (OTC) equity derivatives confirmations. The role involves managing daily trade confirmations, ensuring compliance with internal controls and global regulatory frameworks, and driving automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end processing for OTC equity derivatives confirmations.
• Manage daily trade confirmations, economic affirmations, and matching via platforms such as MarkitWire.
• Maintain strict adherence to internal controls and global regulatory frameworks.
• Update operational procedures to align with evolving industry standards, including ISDA definitions.
• Act as primary point of contact for internal audits and external regulatory inquiries.
• Manage, train, and mentor back‑office operations analysts and team members.
• Drive workflow automation and system upgrades through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with front‑office traders, risk groups, and technology vendors to resolve operational bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5‑7 years of experience within the structured products space.
• Knowledge of the 2002 and 2006 ISDA Equity and Swap Definitions and terms.
• Familiarity with key economic and non‑economic terms in confirmation documentation.
• Strong front‑to‑back knowledge across the confirmations drafting process.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with OTC equity structured products such as Conditional Variance Swaps, Phoenix Auto calls, Swap Strategies, and Worst/Best of Strategies.
