About the role
The Regional Manager – Animal Health will lead sales activities across a designated territory, focusing on expanding the client base and increasing market share within the veterinary sector.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain trust‑based relationships with veterinarians, clinic managers, doctors and staff.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and customer needs to shape sales strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Stay informed about industry developments and report sales performance and market feedback.
- Strategically manage the assigned territory, scheduling regular visits to clinics and farms.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Required profile
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with veterinary professionals.
- Analytical mindset to track market trends and competitor activity.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
