Regional HR Manager – Delhi

About the role

The Regional HR Manager will partner closely with sales leaders across Delhi to translate business priorities into effective people strategies. This role drives talent acquisition, performance management, attrition reduction and employee engagement initiatives to support sales growth and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales leaders to understand manpower needs and translate challenges into HR interventions.
• Analyze attrition trends, identify root causes and design retention programs for critical talent.
• Drive performance governance, monitor productivity metrics and support managers with improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure quality hiring and optimal manpower planning.
• Identify capability gaps, work with L&D to deliver sales and leadership development programs.
• Handle employee relations, grievances and ensure compliance with policies.
• Track and analyze HR metrics (attrition, hiring, productivity, engagement, diversity) and provide dashboards for leadership.
• Engage employees through branch visits, communication forums and engagement events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering, preferably with sales functions.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret attrition, productivity and engagement data.
• Experience designing and executing retention and performance improvement initiatives.
• Background in talent acquisition and manpower planning.
• Capability to lead employee relations, governance and culture programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
