Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to source, engage, and attract high‑quality candidates across multiple platforms. You will build strong talent pipelines and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for our hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Search, job boards, social media and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct personalized outreach and follow‑ups with candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to candidate enrollment.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing strategies and market insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or candidate sourcing.
• Proactive, resourceful talent hunter with strong networking and candidate engagement skills.
• Results‑oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search.
• Talent mapping.
• Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Monster, GitHub and X‑Ray Search.
• Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
