Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Jaipur. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates across multiple functions such as marketing, creative, technology and operations using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed.
• Post job advertisements, manage incoming applications and keep the hiring tracker up‑to‑date.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely communication with candidates.
• Handle candidate follow‑ups, extend offers and support the onboarding process.
• Maintain HR documentation related to recruitment activities.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Well‑organized, proactive and able to handle high‑volume coordination.
• 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in e‑commerce or D2C.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using online job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
• Basic knowledge of applicant tracking and hiring workflow.
