Recruiter – UK & Ireland Staffing

About the role

Guidant Global is seeking a Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its UK & Ireland staffing portfolio. Based in Hyderabad, you will work within the Global Capability Center (GCC) delivery model, supporting clients across the UK, Ireland, the Americas, Europe and APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and present qualified candidates for a range of permanent and contingent roles.
• Manage pre‑employment screening, right‑to‑work verification and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate contractor onboarding, ensuring all paperwork and data are accurately captured.
• Support supply‑chain and audit activities to maintain service quality.
• Maintain data integrity within recruitment systems and dashboards.
• Achieve contractual service level agreements (SLAs) and fill‑rate targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within staffing or RPO environments.
• Familiarity with UK & Ireland employment regulations and compliance processes.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with on‑shore account teams and hiring managers.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑driven mindset.
