Recruiter – UK Experienced Hires

About the role

Shell is seeking a Recruiter to support experienced hires across the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that each hire aligns with Shell’s strategic goals and diversity, equity, and inclusion aspirations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and the IR/HR ecosystem to translate business priorities into recruitment plans.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for ML3 and below positions, including job briefs, assessments, offers and regret processes.
• Collaborate with Sourcers to build pipelines for critical skill pools and maintain a steady flow of high‑quality candidates.
• Deliver a world‑class candidate experience that showcases Shell’s Employee Value Proposition.
• Work across markets and time zones as needed to meet KPIs and service expectations.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities in recruitment processes and tools.

Required profile

• Extensive recruitment experience supporting the UK and/or Europe.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU HR policies and local employment legislation.
• Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and influence stakeholders.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and compliance.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of recruitment techniques, tools and talent strategies.
• Familiarity with Shell’s DEI objectives and employee value proposition.
