Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role
We are looking for an energetic Recruiter who enjoys meeting new people and can quickly assess a candidate's potential through insightful questioning. The role involves building and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent to support current and future hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for upcoming positions.
- Conduct phone or in‑person interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries.
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls, emails, and candidate outreach.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and high energy.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quotas.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
